The return policy of Better Side Seals is simple and is as follows:
- Incorrect item ordered: if discovered before shipment, products can be substituted for those on the order form when contact is made promptly to Better Side Seals and is of the same price.
- Incorrect item ordered: when discovered after shipment, additional shipping charges will be accounted for and return shipping costs of products. In this case there will not be a restocking fee.
- Return and refund: if it is decided that the items are not wanted, and a refund is sought, there will be the opportunity to return the items and monies will be refunded to the purchaser once the items are received and inspected except for;
- Shipping costs to the customer
- Processing of the original order
- 10% restocking fee
- Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser
